Adrian Sommerauer for A&K

Adrian Sommerauer is one our young designers. He graduated 2006 with a German Diplom in Fashion-, Textile-, Costume- Design from the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and continued his studies in London at the Royal College of Art with an MA specializing in Fashion Menswear.













An intense research into fabrics, their treatment, manipulation and finish is characteristic of and integral to his design process. With his choice of material and fabrication he pushes the boundaries of menswear in a highly creative and equally desirable way, always respecting inherited rules yet interpreting them with a contemporary twist.
